Track and Field Registration is Open!

Registration is limited until more coaches volunteer. If your child is waitlisted, please consider coaching. Coaching guarantees your child a roster spot, and the registration fee is waived.
Once again, CSHSL will be offering an 8-session Track & Field program at Garry Berry Stadium (2020 Glenn Summer Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80909.
Starting Tuesday, May 19th, the program will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays on May 19, 21, 26, 28, and June 2, 4, 9, 11. NOTE: On May 19, the session will run from 4:30 - 6:00 pm, but on all other days, the start time will be at 4:00 pm and run until 5:30 pm. The registration cost is $80 per family.
CSHSL Track and Field is intended to expose kids to selected track and field events. Athletes will work on maturity-appropriate run, jump, & throw fundamentals in a track stadium experience. Athletes will work on middle and short distance racing, running mechanics, starts and relay handoff technique, long and/or triple jump mechanics, hurdles, shot put, and turbo javelin. This session is ideal for athletes of any age with limited track and field exposure or experience, and will develop a basic understanding and competence with the covered events.
The final two sessions will offer an opportunity for athletes to compete with other participants in the events they've practiced.

The Spring 2026 registration has been closed as all age groups are at capacity limits. We look forward to another successful season starting in April. Be sure to sign up for the league newsletter to get all the latest sports events and details using the form to the right.​

From the Board who does the planning to the set up crews to our fabulous coaches, everyone involved is giving their time to make affordable sports options available. We operate at a low cost, but in order to do so we need our parents to participate. Consider volunteering for our next season!
